Top angler of the day was Mr Robert Radman himself.
Not only did he serve tea coffee rolls and refreshments from his camper van the local legend managed to land 8 hounds and lost just as many giving him first place.

We fished the Kenfig nature reserve end of Morfa walking down together from the sign in didn't seem so long with all the banter going on..

Most of the hounds came from the right hand side of the beach which fished pretty steady for the ebb and the flood.

The left hand side seemed to fish the flood better most fish were caught on crab or rag worm short rigs and snoods  at a mixed ranges.

A cracking small eyed ray for Steve Grant weighed in at 58cm and 8.11lb on peeler crab

There were aload of double figure hounds caught today up to 15.2lbs seven caught in the mid 14lbs. Giving some amazing sport on the beach. Here's just a few pictures of today's hounds as there were so many
